I'm Nikkeria, and I'm the founder of Thrive Doula Services LLC. Thrive was born out of a love for supporting families as they embark on the journey to parenthood from pregnacy through postpartum. I aim to provide care that empowers you to make the best decisions for YOU and your family.
I want you to walk this journey confidently by providing you with education, resources, and other techniques that will help you flourish during pregnancy, birth and through postpartum.

Prenatal Support
I provide prenatal support services that focus on empowering expectant parents with education about birth preferences, comfort techniques for labor, and providing resources for services beyond my scope of practice.

Each client is unique, so prenatal care will be tailored specifically for each individual's needs. We will work as a team to create a plan that aligns with your ideal birth and postpartum experience.
Birth Support
I offer support for labor and through the entire birthing experice, emphasizing advocacy and comfort techniques such as breathing exercises, visualization, and counter pressure to help you with the discomforts of childbirth.
I aim to help you feel respected by your care team, and empowered to make the best decisions for you and your baby. This support enhances the birth experience for you, fostering confidence and connection during this transformative journey.
Postpartum Support
I will provide you with compassionate postpartum support. Postpartum support aims to nurture you while you recover and bond with your new baby. I provide emotional and physical support, newborn care guidance, and resources that will support you through your transition to parenthood.
